Camping.info – Scalable Design Across Platforms
At camping.info, I served as Art Director and was responsible for designing a future-proof corporate identity — a scalable visual and functional design system that is still in use today. My task was to translate the newly developed brand principles into a cohesive experience across all user-facing channels: desktop and mobile web, native app, and print.
Using a design thinking approach, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the identity not only looked consistent, but also performed across diverse use cases and devices. This meant balancing visual clarity with flexibility — adapting the system contextually to each platform without losing coherence.
A key focus of my work was to improve usability, drive adoption, and enhance conversion rates through smart interaction patterns, optimized UI flows, and iterative testing. I supported the development of new interaction concepts and helped define a user experience that aligned business goals with user needs — resulting in a system that felt both intuitive and brand-authentic.
